Ingredients include eggs (6, hard boiled), mayonnaise (1/3 cup), onions (caramelized, 2 tbsp.), Parmesan cheese (freshly shredded, 1/3 cup), prosciutto (cooked and crumbled, 2 tbsp.), and dried basil (1/2 tbsp.) Slice the eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a small mixing bowl. Using a fork, mash the yolks; stir in mayonnaise, onion, Parmesan cheese, prosciutto, and dried basil. Spoon filling into the egg whites. If desired, garnish each with fresh basil.

Begin preparation by slicing eggs; remove yolks then place in a mixing bowl. Mash the yolks using a fork. Next, stir in mayonnaise, feta cheese, onions, olives, and seasoning. Spoon filling into the egg whites; decorate each with dill or tarragon.
Mexican deviled eggs
The only recipe included on this post without mayonnaise, the ingredients for Mexican deviled eggs are eggs (6, hard boiled), chunky salsa (1/2 cup), sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded, 1/3 cup), sour cream (1 tbsp.), ground cumin (1/2 tbsp.), and chili powder (1/2 tbsp.) Slice the eggs in half, lengthwise, and separate the yolks. Mix the yolks together with the salsa, cheese, sour cream, cumin, and chili powder, until well blended. Spoon filling into egg whites, and if desired, sprinkle more chili powder and garnish with cilantro.
