Guacamol-Egg: A mash-up between eggs and avocados, this dip is perfect for any snack. Best served with tortilla chips, this egg recipe can easily become a part of every game day or night with the whole family. It is packed with protein and other nutrients, which makes it a triumph for both the parent and the child.

Breakfast bagel bites: With a total cook time of 35 minutes, this recipe promises a level up to one’s cooking. Cut in half mini bagels and prepare the scrambled egg. Spread the eggs onto the bagel, then sprinkle cheese and bacon bits. For best results, bake until the cheese is melted.

Deviled eggs: This classic after-school snack is easy to make and packed with protein. With hard-boiled eggs cut in half (crosswise), scoop the yolks out, toss them into a bowl, then mix them together with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and hot sauce. Bacon egg-in-a-heart: Toast the bread with butter on both sides so that it won’t stick to the pan. Place a bacon strip on the toast and form a heart shape that would serve as the mold of the egg. Bake the bacon and the egg until they are ready to eat.

Little dipper: Mash an egg or two into a whipped veggie cream cheese. Best served with carrot sticks, crackers, and chips, this recipe packs a punch to the ordinary midday snack.

A Celebration Of The Classic Eggs Benedict

Eggs Benedict is an undeniable all-time favorite on the breakfast table. The trick probably lies in the egg or the hot and fluffy muffins, but don’t be intimidated. Creating the perfect eggs Benedict is far easier to achieve than you might think.

Traditionally, an eggs Benedict is made up of a halved English muffin, topped with Canadian bacon, ham, or bacon, along with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce. It’s named after a retired Wall Street broker named Lemuel Benedict, who, in a 1943 New Yorker interview, was said to walk into the Waldorf Hotel looking for a hangover cure. His order: buttered toast, poached eggs, crispy bacon, as well as some hollandaise.

Every element of the dish is critical. The muffins should be fresh, hot, and fluffy, while the smoked ham is best wafer-thin. According to some recipes, too, there could be more hollandaise than probably necessary, but it’s quite difficult to make a smaller batch since one is emulsifying the butter. It can, however, be refrigerated and used much like mayonnaise in the next couple of days.

Many recipes aren’t strict about including ham, too. One can swap it for some smoked salmon or even some portobello mushroom. Another top tip: pair this wonderful dish with some Prosecco for a nice wine-and-dine experience.

Here’s a classic recipe to try from Food Network. Eggs Benedict is always a good idea, may it be a lazy Sunday morning or a brunch date with friends.
